• Pay: $1,600 per 40 hours (Local & Travel) — equivalent to $40/hr

Requirements

• Current, active Registered Nurse license for the practicing state
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing according to policy
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records, including patient education documentation
• Promote and maintain a safe therapeutic environment, manage patient behavior, and uphold facility standards
