Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct ICU nursing care consistent with facility policies and ICU standards.
• Monitor, assess, and document critical patient status; initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators and advanced life support equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate with patients’ families.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection-control practices.

Minimum requirements:

• Active California RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start.
• Minimum 3 years ICU experience.

Certifications and documentation required before start:

• Current CA RN license
• BLS and ACLS cards
• TB screening result (within 12 months)
• Verification of 3+ years ICU experience
