Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner — Outpatient Adult & Adolescent (Northampton/Amherst, MA)

Progressive, multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Amherst and Northampton, MA seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide care for adults and adolescents. We integrate psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition.

Schedule and Work Model

• Full-time = 29 clinical hours/week
• One day/week in each office preferred; remaining time remote (hybrid)
• One evening per week (until 6 PM); all other days end earlier
• No on-call responsibilities and no weekend work
• Appointment lengths: 45-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups

Clinical Team and Support

• Collaborative team including PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists
• Administrative staff assist with prior authorizations and forms
• Integrated care model with close coordination between psychiatry, primary care, and wellness services

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000–$165,000
• Productivity-based true-up bonus tied to clinical performance

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Experience with or interest in adult and adolescent psychiatry
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
