Job Description
This is more than an employed physician role. You will work directly alongside the physician-owner during a structured transition, building patient relationships, learning practice operations, and preparing to assume ownership of an established concierge practice.
Practice Highlights
- Established concierge practice with approximately 400 active patients
- Active waitlist creating immediate growth opportunity
- Typical patient volume of 6-10patients per day
- Same-day/next-day patient access
- High-touch, relationship-based care model
- Blended concierge and insurance-based practice
- Dedicated clinical and administrative support
- Join as an Associate Physician
- Build your own patient panel while supporting an existing physician and becoming acquainted with patients throughout the practice, facilitating a smooth integration into the team.
- Receive direct mentorship from the physician-owner
- Participate in practice growth and operations
- Structured succession plan with anticipated ownership transition in 1"2 years
- No traditional upfront buy-in required
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- 5+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and emotional intelligence
- Interest in concierge medicine and private practice ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for autonomy
- Academic medicine experience welcomed
- Familiarity with or ties to the Bay Area preferred
