Enjoy a rewarding anesthesiology practice with half the year off. TeamHealth is seeking a full-time dedicated anesthesiologist to join the collegial team at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, Wisconsin, offering a 7-on/7-off night schedule, working only 26 weeks per year.

- Compensation package includes newly increased annual salary of $600,000 plus retention and longevity bonuses
- $180,000 sign-on bonus offered if you can start by the end of 2026

- 401k, Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, HSA, flexible spending and resources for living (EAP)
- Professional liability insurance with tail and a generous clinician referral program

About the Role
- Diverse case types with no hearts, heads, neurosurgery, pediatrics or trauma with an annual volume of 10,000 cases
- Supportive and collegial group of 6 physicians and 10 CRNAs
- Collaborative medical direction model
- Practice at a well-respected, community-based hospital licensed for 292 beds
