LPN 43-week Contract in Federal Way, WA | $42.30/hr, MonFri, BLS Required

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a contract (non-travel) position in Federal Way, WA. This role starts Aug 25, 2026 and runs for 43 weeks. You’ll work Monday through Friday and be paid $42.30/hour for local assignments (or $43.00/hour for travel).

What we need from you:

• A valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and give prescribed medications and treatments.
• Manage wound care — evaluate, clean, dress, and watch for signs of infection or other complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs consistently.
• Keep accurate patient records and teach patients and families about diagnoses and self-care.
• Act quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
