Oncology NP/PA — Full‑Time Mobile/Baldwin Counties | Complex Care, Palliative & Value‑Based Practice

Join a team dedicated to making a real difference for patients facing cancer and complex medical needs in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding clinical team. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers close collaboration with leading oncology practices and the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a variety of settings.

What we’re looking for

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible licensure in the State of Alabama
• At least four years of direct patient care experience in primary care
• Solid experience with chronic disease management, complex patient care, and palliative care principles
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving clinical environment
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice-to-haves

• Experience caring for oncology patients or other high-acuity populations
• Knowledge of cancer treatment complications and supportive care needs
• Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and settings
• Familiarity with value-based care models
