Join a hospital team in Lufkin, Texas as a locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist from July 31, 2026 through October 30, 2026. You’ll provide clinical coverage plus beeper call from home, working under medical direction and participating in the call rotation as needed.

Who you’ll treat and the cases you’ll manage

• Adult and pediatric patients across a wide variety of specialties.
• Case mix includes pediatric, neuro, general surgery, ENT, urology, orthopedics, adult general, GYN, cardiovascular, vascular, neurospine, podiatry, GI, plastics, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and obstetrics.

What you’ll do day to day

• Administer anesthesia for a broad range of surgical cases listed above.
• Provide labor epidurals and spinal anesthesia for C‑sections.
• Maintain or develop regional anesthesia skills.
• Function within a medical direction model and cover beeper call from home when scheduled.

Requirements

• Active Texas nursing license.
• Board certification required.
• Current BLS certification.

Credentialing

• Expect a credentialing timeline of approximately 60–90 days.
