Rate: $2,052 / 36 hours

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse license (active)
• Minimum 3 years recent/current Med-Surg, Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience
• Must be able to read telemetry strips (skills tested on day one; failure results in termination)
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required (no refresher or 1:1 training allowed; documentation of Epic experience must be included with referral)
• Active BLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience

Duties and responsibilities

• Primary assignment on 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit
• May float to other Med-Surg areas as needed (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.)
• Provide bedside nursing care consistent with hospital policies, unit standards, and scope of practice
