We’re looking for compassionate RNs to provide one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile student in a school setting in Albany, Georgia. You’ll play a key role ensuring the student’s health, safety, and full participation in school activities during the day.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver individualized nursing care based on the student’s care plan (IEP/504), including medication administration, feeding support, and airway/respiratory management.
  • Monitor and document the student’s health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
  • Support the student’s daily activities and mobility to promote classroom participation and independence; may include supervising safe transportation (bus duty) if required.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and other care team members while following all relevant policies, regulations, and standards of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the student’s needs.

What we’re looking for

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license in Georgia
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience with pediatric or special needs care is preferred
