Join a 13-week, contract (non-travel) opportunity in Waterville, ME beginning July 27, 2026. This full-time position (Mon–Fri) offers a local rate of $2,209 for 35 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Maine.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing function.
- Diagnose communication and swallowing disorders, determine severity, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language.
- Evaluate and treat dysphagia; instruct patients and families on safe-swallowing strategies and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
