Required Procedures
- Angioplasty
- Stent placement
- Embolization (including UFE)
- Thrombolysis
- Needle biopsy
Facility Support
- Manager and 2 APPs available
Qualifications
- Board certified in Interventional Radiology (required)
- Active Michigan medical license
- BLS and ACLS required
- Local provider preferred
- Clean malpractice and license history
- NPDB self-query required
