Rate: Local: $1481/35-hours
Required licensure:
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Core responsibilities:
- Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and exercises.
- Administer therapeutic modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
- Instruct patients in exercise programs; provide education to patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate progress and concerns with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
