Regional Vascular Surgeon (Program Lead) — Denver Metro Area, CO

Join a growing vascular surgery program northwest of Denver as the lead physician and hands-on clinical leader. You’ll have the rare opportunity to build a comprehensive service line from the ground up while benefiting from the resources and stability of an established regional health system and a collaborative surgical team.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the anchor physician for the vascular program, shaping clinical services, workflows, and growth priorities.
• Provide outpatient care, perform a mix of elective and acute vascular procedures, and participate in call coverage.
• Work closely with hospital leadership on quality improvement, program development, and community outreach to expand access to high-quality vascular care across the region.
• Mentor and collaborate with colleagues across specialties to create a coordinated, patient-centered vascular service.

Compensation & benefits

• Guaranteed base salary at the 2026 MGMA median: $625,000

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Eligibility for Colorado medical licensure
• Strong interest in program development and clinical leadership
• Experience with both open and endovascular procedures is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
