A regional teaching hospital in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its inpatient pharmacy team on a highly desirable 7-on/7-off evening schedule (Thursday-Wednesday, 1:00 PM-10:30 PM). This full-time role offers every other week off, no call responsibilities, and the opportunity to practice in a collaborative acute care environment. Responsibilities include clinical pharmacy services, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in pharmacy student and resident education. Compensation includes hourly rate plus shift differentials, sign-on bonus or student loan assistance options, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates must possess a PharmD and be eligible to obtain Tennessee pharmacist licensure. A PGY1 residency or at least one year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is required. BCPS certification and residency training are preferred.
