Join a fast-paced Sterile Processing team in Clarkston, WA for a 13-week contract starting June 22, 2026. You’ll work rotating shifts supporting surgical services by preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment for both the main OR and outlying offices.

What you’ll bring

• Active CRCST credential.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR card on hire.
• At least 1 year of sterile processing experience.

What you’ll do

• Operate and care for sterile processing equipment, including washers and steam autoclaves; keep accurate records of loads, contents, tests, and maintenance.
• Clean, assemble, and sterilize instruments and procedural trays for the OR and satellite offices.
• Inspect instruments for proper function and report or document any problems per standard operating procedures.
• Verify tray contents, document any missing items, and resolve discrepancies according to policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with operating room staff and other clinical teams to ensure smooth turnover and readiness.
• Suggest improvements to processes and participate in opportunities for professional growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
