Job Description
Lutheran Medical Group, a member of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our expanding Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside highly skilled surgeons and advanced practice providers caring for complex cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and heart failure patients across multiple care settings.
Position Highlights- Medical group-employed position
- Join a collaborative team of experienced surgeons and APPs
- Provide care for high-acuity cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and heart failure patients
- Diverse clinical experience with a mix of:
- Inpatient care, including ICU and step-down units
- Outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Operating Room participation
- Weekend coverage shared through a rotating schedule with fellow APPs
- Evening weekday call responsibilities with overnight coverage supported by a dedicated nocturnal APP team
- Experienced candidates preferred; highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
