We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a facility in Florence, AL on a 7-week contract (non-travel) starting June 15, 2026. This is a night shift position (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM). Local pay is $24.40/hr; travel pay is $42.30/hr.
What you’ll need
- An active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
- Current BLS certification.
What you’ll do
- Deliver and coordinate bedside nursing care: assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans, assist with procedures, and keep patient records up to date.
- Perform ongoing assessments, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and document patient progress and education.
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all nursing activities in the medical record.
- Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by ensuring order, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns.
