Licenses & Certifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and progress.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing according to protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, education, and nursing activities in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment: supervise patient conduct, preserve order, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure and BLS as stated above.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule and fulfill a 9-week contract.
