Job Description
- Minimum 15 - 20 hours weekly; 3-hour shifts, flexible schedule
- 2 - 4 patients per hour; 10 - 15 minute visits typically
- Telehealth practice for new consults only
- HRT/TRT experience preferred but not required
- Late afternoon/evening hours until 8 - 9 pm weekdays ideal
- Weekend availability desired but not required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
