Locum Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Needed in MA

We’re looking for a locum psychiatrist to join a PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) team providing community and office-based outpatient care. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with psychotic disorders. Caseloads fluctuate—total program census is about 80 clients, with weekly patient visits varying (some weeks ~25 visits, other weeks 10 or fewer) depending on acuity, treatment phase, transitions, and medication needs.

Schedule and hours

• 4–5 days per week, totaling 24 hours (8:30 am start; 8-hour shifts).
• Flexible hours; can increase to full-time if desired.
• Some community outreach required—mileage reimbursement provided.

Clinical setting and responsibilities

• Community and office-based outpatient work with high-acuity clients.
• Full-scope psychiatric care across different stages of treatment.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary PACT team and report to the Medical Director.
• Use Carelogic EMR for documentation.

Requirements

• Active MA medical license.
• DEA registration and CSR required.
• Local candidates preferred.
