Occupational Therapist (OT) 14-Week Contract in Lanham, MD | Day Shift, BLS Required

Join us in Lanham, MD for a 14-week, contract (non-travel) role starting June 15, 2026. You’ll work a predictable weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What you’ll bring

• A current, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included).

What you’ll do

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive strengths and limitations, and consider their home and community environments to set realistic goals.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic approaches to help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices to boost independence.
• Teach patients and their families practical strategies for managing conditions and maintaining function at home.
• Track and document progress regularly, adjust plans as needed, and work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
