Contract RN Dialysis (Columbia, MO) $48.30/hr 12-hr Days 6/227/3/2026

We’re seeking an experienced dialysis RN to join a Columbia, MO team on a short-term contract. This bundled assignment runs from 06/22/2026 to 07/03/2026 and includes six 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM). Pay is $48.30/hour.

Shift schedule

• June 2026: Mon 6/22, Wed 6/24, Fri 6/26, Mon 6/29
• July 2026: Wed 7/1, Fri 7/3

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• At least 1 year of dialysis or renal nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS may be required.
• Comfortable with hemodialysis machines, dialysis protocols, and vascular access care.
• Strong assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid knowledge of infection control practices.

Core responsibilities

• Dialysis care: Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments and initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments according to protocol.
• Vascular access and patient management: Care for fistulas, grafts, and catheters; administer medications and IV therapies as ordered; monitor patient responses and intervene for complications.
• Documentation and education: Accurately document treatments, assessments, and patient status in the EMR, and provide patient education on dialysis care, diet, and fluid management.
