We’re looking for a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a team in Yarmouth, MA for a 13-week contract starting July 13, 2026. This is a local, non-travel position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $1,362 for 35 hours per week.
What you’ll need
- A valid, active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
What you’ll do
- Support the Occupational Therapist in evaluating patients to determine physical and functional limitations.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities aimed at improving motor skills, mobility, and independence in daily tasks.
- Teach patients how to use assistive devices and adaptive equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, patient progress, and any changes in condition.
- Follow safety and infection-control guidelines to keep the therapy environment safe for everyone.
