Position summary:
Seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN for a full-time clinical role in Silvis, IL. J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in OB/GYN, or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency and must achieve BC within 1 year of employment
• Illinois medical license or willingness to obtain
• Current, unrestricted federal and state authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H-1B accepted)
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report dated within 30 days of presentation (required; no exceptions)

Compensation & benefits:

• Two-year income guarantee: $400,000 plus productivity incentive
