Join a busy orthopedic trauma practice in Davenport, Iowa, with a full-time, day-shift position that blends high-quality clinical care and operative volume. We’re seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma (or adult reconstruction/total joint arthroplasty) surgeon—open to both graduating fellows and experienced surgeons—who is committed to excellent patient care across the spectrum of trauma and upper-extremity conditions.

What we’re looking for

• Board certified in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery or truly board eligible (required)
• Fellowship in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty (required)
• Active medical licenses in both Iowa and Illinois (required)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper-extremity care (required)
• H-1B cap-exempt visa support available—please note this in submission (required)
• Submit a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (required)

Compensation & incentives

• Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
• Straight production model starting in year 3, with $1M+ earning potential
• $100,000 recruitment incentive
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
