Summary
Seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Hematology/Oncology physician to join a practice in Waterloo, Iowa. Clinical responsibilities include medical oncology and hematology patient care; schedule and scope may vary.
Requirements
- MD or DO; Hematology/Oncology BE/BC required
- Current, unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as appropriate to the specialty
- Active DEA registration
- Clean malpractice and background record; provide Self‑Query NPDB report (pulled within the month) at time of presentation
- Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome)
