Work Setting: In-Office with Hybrid Option Available

Position Overview

Join our growing clinical team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or

weekends, supporting excellent work–life balance. The role is primarily in-office, with the opportunity

for a hybrid schedule based on clinical needs and provider preference.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adult

patients in an outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate

Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary

team

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record

Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care

Comply with all federal, state, and organizational regulations and standards

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry

Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA registration (or eligibility)

Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Work Schedule & Location

Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Primarily in-office, with hybrid (partial remote) option available after onboarding based on role

requirements and patient needs
