We’re looking for an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join the team for a 13-week contract in Aspen. You’ll play a key role keeping instruments and supplies safe, clean, and ready for patient care and procedures across the facility.

What we’re looking for

• CRCST or CER certification required
• Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail

What you’ll do

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical and patient-care instruments, following facility and industry standards
• Perform daily biological and sterile supply testing, keep accurate logs, and ensure documentation is up to date
• Organize and direct instrument needs throughout the facility so units have what they need when they need it
• Assist with endoscopy and other clinical operations as needed
• Stock and order supplies for the unit as directed
• Complete and maintain competencies in line with AVH policies and guidelines from AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER
• Pitch in across the department and help with tasks outside strictly surgical duties when necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote patient safety and clear communication
