• Four-day work week with four 10-hour shifts for full-time physicians
• 32 patient contact hours and 8 hours of administrative time per week
• Telephone-only call coverage at 1:6 with 24/7 hospitalist support
• Dedicated MA for every physician and strong APP mid-level support
• National Health Service Corps student loan repayment site
• Part-time available with benefits eligibility at 0.5 FTE
• Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required; DEA required
