Job Description
- 24hr call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
- 3 - 10 call days covered per month, including at least 1 weekend
- 0 - 5 patients per shift
- Call volume: 1 - 3 phone consults, 0 - 3 patients seen per 24 hrs
- Call ratio: 1:4
- Adult and pediatric populations -- neonates not required
- Bread and butter general surgery skills required
- Ongoing coverage need
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
