• Shifts: 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
• Up to 18 patients per day
• OB/GYN clinic -- women's health setting
• Support staff on-site -- OB NP, physicians, and support staff
• Prenatal care -- no deliveries and no call
• Procedures: IUD insertion/removal and Nexplanon
• Leave coverage
• Patients include adults and adolescents -- at-risk population
