Required Procedures:

• All standard gynecologic procedures in clinic and hospital settings
• Labor and delivery coverage, including after-hours call and L&D responsibilities
• Gynecologic surgery

Qualifications:

• Board certified in OB/GYN
• Completion of OB/GYN residency
• Active NE medical license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Active DEA registration
• Certifications: BLS and NRP
• Clean malpractice history preferred
• Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days
• Availability when name clears for credentialing
