Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for Washington State.
• Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental status to identify functional limitations and establish measurable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and functional independence.
• Recommend, train in, and monitor adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and families on condition management, safety, and strategies to increase independence.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust interventions as needed.
