Required qualifications
- Board: BC/BE
- License: GA
- Certifications: BLS
Support team
- Surgeon, scrub tech, circulating RN, CRNA; OR support provided
Responsibilities
- Provide surgical first-assist in the OR across multiple specialties for scheduled, non-urgent cases
- Perform intraoperative tasks as directed: tissue handling, suturing, wound closure, hemostasis
- Collaborate with surgeon and OR team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Document all surgical cases accurately and promptly in Epic EMR
