• Two schedule options: 7 on / 7 off (182 shifts/year) or 218 annual shifts with flex shifts
• Day shifts run 7 am - 7 pm at a not-for-profit teaching hospital in St. Petersburg
• Independent, physician-led group with local leadership and transparent bonus structure
• Manageable census with APP support and 24/7 Intensivist coverage in a closed ICU
• No procedures required; codes and rapids on general medical floors only
• Academic medical center affiliation through a formal graduate medical education program
