NP/PA - General Surgeon - Duluth, Minnesota

Aspirus Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our General Surgery team at Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and highly skilled group of 6 surgeons and 3 advanced practice clinicians, delivering exceptional surgical care in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time position with dedicated administrative time
• Monday–Friday schedule – enjoy work-life balance with no weekends and no call
• Diverse practice setting with responsibilities spanning inpatient hospital rounding, first assisting in the operating room, and outpatient clinic care.
• Provide post-operative and hospital follow-up care, perform select in-office procedures, and assist with a wide variety of general surgery cases.
• Nurse Practitioners must already have their RN-FA to be considered for this position

$122,500-139,500/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
