Required qualifications:

• Current certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Active OH license or willing to obtain
• Minimum 2 years post-certification CNM clinical experience
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management in pregnancy, and care considerations for substance use
• Board certified

Preferred:

• Clean malpractice history and license
• Additional CNM experience beyond 2 years

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $140,000–$145,000 (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• $26.00 per wRVU productivity bonus (uncapped)
• $5,000 signing bonus
• $3,500 CME / board certification allowance
