Required qualifications
- Board certified CRNA (BC required)
- Licensed in Ohio or holds Universal License (IMLC)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
Privileges & compliance

Required skills/procedures
- General anesthesia (adult and pediatric)
- Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia (including use of x‑ray guidance)
- Obstetrical anesthesia
- Open heart anesthesia
- Thoracic (non–open heart) and complex vascular cases
- Complex orthopedic cases
- Pain management: epidural steroid (lumbar/cervical), transforaminal injections, post‑op epidural, post‑op extremity blocks
- Ventilation management and airway management
- Evaluation/management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Invasive line placement and management: arterial lines, central lines, pulmonary artery catheters
Core duties
- Perform pre‑anesthetic assessment and evaluation
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Manage airway and ventilation intraoperatively
- Insert and manage invasive monitors and lines
- Provide post‑operative pain management, including neuraxial and peripheral blocks
