Required qualifications

  • Board certified CRNA (BC required)
  • Licensed in Ohio or holds Universal License (IMLC)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS

Privileges & compliance

Required skills/procedures

  • General anesthesia (adult and pediatric)
  • Spinal and epidural anesthesia
  • Regional anesthesia (including use of x‑ray guidance)
  • Obstetrical anesthesia
  • Open heart anesthesia
  • Thoracic (non–open heart) and complex vascular cases
  • Complex orthopedic cases
  • Pain management: epidural steroid (lumbar/cervical), transforaminal injections, post‑op epidural, post‑op extremity blocks
  • Ventilation management and airway management
  • Evaluation/management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
  • Invasive line placement and management: arterial lines, central lines, pulmonary artery catheters

Core duties

  • Perform pre‑anesthetic assessment and evaluation
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
  • Manage airway and ventilation intraoperatively
  • Insert and manage invasive monitors and lines
  • Provide post‑operative pain management, including neuraxial and peripheral blocks
