Summary:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist with expertise in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Fellowship-trained or physicians with extensive MIS experience preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology with MIS expertise (fellowship or equivalent experience preferred)
• Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain prior to start
• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start; no exemptions)
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report dated within 30 days of presentation (required; no exemptions)
• Indicate visa status and needs (J‑1 or H‑1B) in submission if applicable
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred

Documentation to include with submission:

• Current CO license (or evidence of application)
• DEA status (or plan to obtain prior to start)
• NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Visa requirement statement (if applicable)
