What we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (0–5 years post-residency) — required
• Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one — required
• DEA registration — must be obtained prior to start (document in “Additional Submission Details”) — required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (active within 30 days) — required at presentation; no exemptions
• Clean malpractice history — highly preferred
• Indicate visa needs (J-1 or H-1B) in “Additional Submission Details” — required if applicable

Schedule and expectations

• Full-time position
• 24-hour shifts
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call duties required
