Join a team in Salinas, CA as a contract Physical Therapy Assistant supporting outpatient care. This is a 14-week, local assignment starting June 29, 2026. Your regular hours will be 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and the pay is $1,362 for 35 hours per week.

What you’ll need

• A valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside the Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and carry out prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
• Apply modalities and operate therapeutic equipment to help patients regain function.
• Teach and coach patients on exercises and provide clear home-program instructions to support ongoing recovery.
• Keep accurate, timely patient records and communicate effectively with the PT and the rest of the healthcare team.
• Follow safety and infection-control practices at all times.
