Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — WI Primary Care

Join a physician-led, team-based primary care practice in Wisconsin delivering direct primary care focused on access, affordability, prevention, chronic disease management, and strong patient relationships.

You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that emphasizes longer visits, same-day/next-day access, cost-effective care, and continuity between patients and their care team. The ideal clinician brings 2–4 years of clinical experience and a patient-centered approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or occupational health experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin NP or PA license
• 2–4 years clinical experience (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, preventive, and chronic disease care
