We’re looking for a full-time endocrinologist to join an outpatient-focused team in Richland, WA. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity to provide clinical care with weekday hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm) and a 1:4 beeper call rotation (20-minute response time). Start date: ASAP.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care for mainly adult patients—diagnosing and managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other endocrine disorders.
- Handle consults and follow-ups, including phone consultations.
- Perform procedures such as fine needle aspiration/thyroid biopsy, interpret bone mineral density studies, and administer radioactive iodine therapy.
- Provide inpatient endocrinology consultations as needed.
- Work closely with primary care providers and other specialists to deliver coordinated, team-based care.
Patient volume & case mix
- Predominantly adult patient population
- Average daily volume: ~18 patients
- Clinical focus: diabetes, thyroid disease, and broader endocrine disorders
Practice & team environment
- Service setting: Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff (RNs, MAs, PAs/NPs, office staff): to be determined
- Hospital privileges: not required

Requirements
- Board certified in Endocrinology
- Washington medical license required or in process
- BLS certification
