Join a collegial urology team in Richland, WA, providing both outpatient and inpatient care for mostly adult patients. This is a full-time, long-term permanent opportunity with an ASAP start. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with rotating beeper call (20-minute response) and phone consults as part of coverage.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver comprehensive evaluation and management of adult urologic conditions across clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures—general and advanced—including robotic, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and open cases.
• Manage an average daily patient volume of about 30 patients (clinic + hospital).
• Participate in a rotational beeper call schedule (ratio TBD) with a 20-minute response time for after-hours emergencies.
• Accurately document all encounters, procedures, and notes in Epic.

Clinical scope and typical case mix

• Focus on general adult urology with both surgical and non-surgical management.
• Required procedural capabilities include: advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, radical cystectomy with ileal conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy/partial nephrectomy (with intraoperative ultrasound), pelvic node dissection, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, and ESWL.
• Penile prosthesis experience is preferred.

Team and facility

• EMR: Epic.
• Support staff: approximately 3 RNs, 9 MAs, 4 PA/NPs (office staff TBD).
• Hospital privileges required.
• Admissions, rounding, and consult volume: as needed; phone consults expected.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Urology.
• WA medical license required or in process.
• Fellowship training in urology preferred.
• Comfortable and proficient with Epic.
