You will step into a newly established clinic with strong operational support and a built-in referral base. This is a 100% outpatient role designed for physicians seeking predictable schedules and minimal call burden. The organization is committed to growth, offering long-term stability and a collaborative care environment.

Position Highlights

  • Practice located on hospital campus at Desert Regional Medical Center
  • 100% outpatient clinical focus
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Call limited to your own patients; inpatient call handled by hospital
  • New clinic environment with opportunity to shape practice growth
  • Average 15+ patients per day
  • Supported by operational staff and medical assistants

  • Base compensation ranging from $364,900 to $557,400, based on qualifications
