Core responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and exercises.
- Apply modalities and operate therapeutic equipment to assist rehabilitation.
- Teach and progress exercise programs; provide patient and family education for home care and recovery.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
