Requirements

• Active RN licensure and a minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record
• Ability to float between two medical-surgical/telemetry units and manage medical-surgical overflow in ICU and Emergency Department settings

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care across assigned medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Accept and manage MS overflow patients in ICU and ED as needed
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth patient transitions
• Document accurately in EPIC and adhere to facility policies and standards
