Orthopedic Surgery - Major Health Partners #4005
- Full-time
- Hospital employed
- 4 10 hour days per week with 1 day off
- No call schedule

- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana
- Orthopedics patient volume –
- 15-20 patients per clinic
- Surgeon looking to do 400-500 cases per year
