Contract Registered Nurse (RN) — 14-Week Local Assignment, Orono ME

Join a 14-week contract (non-travel) opportunity in Orono, ME beginning June 23, 2026. This role follows a 6:30 AM–7:00 PM schedule and offers a local rate of $1,418 per 36 hours.

Key requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• BLS certification.

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document ongoing progress and education in the medical record.
• Administer medications, collect specimens for testing, and assist with clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by enforcing policies, supervising patient conduct, and promoting order and safety.
